3 MINUTE STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bunch of broccolini, quartered
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, quartered
  • 1 carrot, julienne
  • 2 Tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 Tsp Ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Add pre-cooked meat of choice

METHOD

  1. Heat sesame oil
  2. Add red onion and stir fry for 1 min
  3. Add broccolini, asparagus and carrot. Stir fry for 1 minute
  4. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sugar snap peas. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add pre-cooked meat
